Stree 2 On OTT: Six years after the massive success of Stree, the makers are back with its highly anticipated sequel, Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 is captivating audiences in theaters, with Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao reprising their lead roles. The cast also includes Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi and Aparshakti Khurana in supporting roles, continuing the Maddock Supernatural Universe’s thrilling saga. After its theatrical release, Stree 2 will be available for streaming on the popular platform.
This film, one of the most eagerly awaited releases of 2024, marks the fifth entry in Dinesh Vijan’s horror-comedy universe, following Stree, Roohi, Bhediya, and the recent hit Munjya.

About Stree 2
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stress 2 debuted in theaters on August 15, 2024. The story picks up where the original left off, with the town of Chanderi now being terrorized by a headless entity known as Sarkata, which is abducting women. As fear grips the town once again, Bicky, Janna, Bittu, and Rudra reunite to combat this new menace. The sequel introduces Sarkata, a headless being targeting modern women.
The plot takes a personal turn when Bittu, portrayed by Aparshakti Khurana, discovers that his girlfriend, Chitti, is among Sarkata’s victims. Pankaj Tripathi’s character, Rudra, receives a letter with missing pages from the Chanderi Puraan, prompting Bicky (Rajkummar Rao), Bittu, and Jana (Abhishek Banerjee) to undertake a mission to defeat Sarkata, with assistance from Shraddha Kapoor’s character, whose role remains unnamed in this installment.
