Filmmaker Milan Luthria is all set to make his OTT debut with the crime web series 'Sultan Of Delhi'. Based on the book 'Sultan of Delhi: Ascension', the series stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Anjumm Shharma, Vinay Pathak and Nishant Dahiya in the lead roles. The story is set in the 1960s and will focus on Arjun Bhatia, who is working with Delhi’s biggest illegal arms dealer. After much await, the trailer of 'Sultan Of Delhi' is finally here.

Sultan Of Delhi Release Date:

'Sultan Of Delhi' will release on October 13, 2023, on Disney+ Hotstar.

The series will have nine-episode and is produced by Arnab Ray and produced by Reliance Entertainment. It also stars Anupriya Goenka, Mouni Roy, Harleen Sethi and Mehreen Pirzada in pivotal roles.

Talking about the series, director Milan Luthria said, “'Sultan of Delhi' is my first web series. Set in the sexy ’60s, it has a timeless, pacy approach filled with elements of glamour, action, music, punchy one-liners and entertainment. This multi-starrer traces the journey of Arjun Bhatia (Tahir Raj Bhasin) and explores a tale of greed, betrayal, courage and the ultimate fight for power. I always strive to give audiences an entertaining experience through my stories and 'Sultan of Delhi' is such a beautiful journey and I'm so delighted to partner with Disney+ Hotstar to bring this to life.”

Tahir Raj Bhasin said, "Arjun’s character helped me push my boundaries as an actor in a very different way. It was a constant balance between a physically challenging part that needed stunt and weapons training and a nuanced emotional journey that was unique to his individual relationships with other characters in the script.”

Mouni Roy said that her character is bold and fearless on the outside and vulnerable and emotional on the inside.
