Dilli Babu, the Tamil producer, passed away on Monday at the age of 50. The news of his demise was confirmed by his production house Axess Film Factory and requested privacy in this difficult possibility. Several celebrities including actress Aishwarya Rajesh and filmmaker Venkat Prabhu expressed their grief and offered condolences.

The official X account of the production house wrote, "With a heavy heart, we announce the untimely passing of Mr. G.Dilli Babu sir, the esteemed producer and visionary founder of Axess Film Factory. During this difficult time, we kindly request everyone to keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. We also ask for privacy for his family as they navigate this immense loss. He inspired a lot of people through his passion and vision. His presence will be deeply missed."

Filmmaker Venkat Prabhu wrote on X, "Very disheartening and shocking to hear about the passing of my dear friend, producer Dilli Babu sir. My deepest condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. Gone too soon. #RIPDilliBabu."

Actress Aishwarya Rajesh wrote, "Deeply shocked and pained by the news of the demise of producer #DilliBabu, a wonderful human being and a good producer. An immense loss for the Tamil film industry without a doubt. Rest In Peace sir, we will all deeply miss you!"

Dilli Babu has produced the movies 'Ratsasan', 'Maragadha Naanayam', 'Iravukku Aayiram Kangal', among others.
