New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: The much-awaited Ajay Devgn-starrer ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ will be released on January 10. However, the early reviews of the movie is out and if they are to believed, then Ajay Devgn has once again nailed.
Samina Shaikh, in a tweet, said that the movie has a brilliant storyline and second half of the film will keep the viewer on the edge of the seats.
“#Tanhaji - Well made movie, nice background scores, cinematography, storyline is nice and 2nd half keeps you on the edge of your seats! @SharadK7 as Shivaji was brilliant,@ajaydevgn as a daring superhero,Saif as a vindictive villain,@itsKajolD’s emotional side is worth watching!,” said Sa mina Shaikh.

One twitter user, Prince Prithvi, said that Tanhaji is a ‘no-nonsense’ movie and the climax is epic and Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan were both Terrific in their roles.
“1st half #Tanhaji : Nicely done. Pre-Interval portion is damn good,” he said.

The last time I witnessed such universal praise for a movie, was for Dangal, Bahubali 2 & Sanju.
I just hope the audience too supports #tanhaji at the BO as they did these aforementioned films.
Directed by Om Raut, the film includes Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol, Jagapathi Babu and Sharad Kelkar in the lead roles. The film marks the reunion of Ajay Devgn and Kajol after nine years. The duo had last featured in Toonpur ka Superhero in 2010.
Other characters in the film include Pankaj Tripathi, Devdadda Nage, Jagapathi Babu, Luke Kenny and Sharad Kelkar. Produced by Bhushan Kumar and others the film is slated to release on January 10.
It is set in the 17th century and based on the life of Tanaji Malusare, who was the military leader of Shivaji, founder of the Maratha Empire.
