Tejas OTT Release Date: Kangana Ranaut-starrer 'Tejas' is all set to release on the OTT platform after its theatrical run. The movie follows the story of an IAF officer determined to safeguard the nation at all costs. 'Tejas' did not perform well at the box office but Kangana received a lot of praise for her performance. The movie will finally stream on the digital platform after much waiting.

'Tejas' will release on Zee5 on January 5, 2024.
Announcing the OTT release date of 'Tejas', the official Instagram page of Zee5 wrote, "Ready to tackle every threat coming her nation’s way! #Tejas premieres on 5th of January, only on #ZEE5."

The official synopsis of 'Tejas' reads, "Tejas is the story of the courageous female IAF officer - Tejas Gill, who’s determined to safeguard the nation at all costs. It’s India’s first air action film which also showcases India’s first indigenous fighter jet - Tejas. With the motto of ‘Bharat Ko Chhedoge, Toh Chhodenge Nahi’, the makers of Uri are set to bring another ultimate patriotic film!"
The movie also stars Anshul Chauhan, Varun Mitra, Ashish Vidyarthi, and Vishak Nair in pivotal roles.
As 'Tejas' struggled to perform well at the box office, Kangana Ranaut requested her social media followers to watch the film in theatres. She wrote, "Even before COVID theatrical footfalls were dipping drastically post covid it has become seriously rapid. Many theatres are shutting down and even after free tickets and many reasonable offers drastic footfall decline is continuing. Requesting people to watch films in theatres and enjoy them with family and friends or else they ( theatres) won’t be able to sustain. Thanks."
On the work front, Kangana will be seen in 'Emergency' in which she will portray the role of the former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
