The Bluff: Priyanka Chopra Jonas has created a buzz with a glimpse of her character in her upcoming film The Bluff. The makers recently unveiled the trailer, also starring Karl Urban, and it has since taken over the internet. Priyanka plays the role of a former female pirate, Bloody Mary, fiercely protecting her daughter from a group of men led by Captain Connor, played by Karl Urban. Priyanka's gritty, bloody avatar, especially her armour, has become the talk of the town. The actress fueled more anticipation by revealing that the armour she wore was handmade.
The Bluff: Priyanka Chopra’s Pirate Armour Is Handmade
Taking to Instagram stories, Priyanka shared a photo of her costume armour placed on a chair. Along with the photo, she shared details, "Bloody mary’s original armour.. handmade. @therealantoinettemessam our iconic costume designer.. Tell us more about the process? Zoom in."
The Bluff centres on a former pirate (Priyanka Chopra Jonas) whose dark and dangerous past resurfaces as she struggles to keep her family safe when her former captain (Urban) seeks revenge.

Priyanka is seen in full action mode, taking down enemies with her bare hands and using guns, knives, stones and a sword. In the trailer, Urban asks Priyanka's character, referred to as Bloody Mary, “Why did you betray me? You think I would just let you slip away?”
Later, she explains her fighting skills to her daughter, saying, “Your father didn’t marry me for my cooking.”
The trailer also offers glimpses of Temuera Morrison, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Safia Oakley-Green, Zach Morris, David Field, and Vedanten Naidoo.
When And Where To Watch The Bluff?
The Bluff is directed by Frank E Flowers and co-written by Frank and Joe Ballarini. The film is backed by Amazon MGM Studios and produced by the Russo Brothers under their banner AGBO, The Bluff is set to premiere on Prime Video starting February 25.
The list of producers also includes Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Angela Russo-Otstot and Michael Disco for AGBO, along with Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Cinestar Pictures’ Cisely Saldana and Mariel Saldana.
