The Buckingham Murders Box Office Collection Day 3: Kareena Kapoor’s performance as a detective named Jasmeet Bhamra has won the hearts of the audience and critics. This is the first time in her career that she has essayed the role of a detective. Kareena also turned producer for the first time for this film. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the crime thriller has been released in theatres on September 13. Since, its release the movie has maintained a steady pace at the ticket windows.

As per Sacnilk, Kareena Kapoor’s crime thriller movie The Buckingham Murders earned Rs 2.72 crore at the box office on day 3. The total net collection of the movie stands at Rs 6.75 crore. It had Hindi occupancy of 18.80 per cent on September 15. In morning shows, the movie had an occupancy of 6.03 per cent, 20.21 per cent in afternoon shows, 28.05 per cent in evening shows and 20.89 per cent in night shows.

The story revolves around a female detective who lost her child to murder and moved to another town. She has been then handed over a case where she has to investigate the disappearance of a missing child. The movie also stars Ranveer Brar, Rukku Nahar, Ash Tandon and Keith Allen in key roles. It has been written by Aseem Arrora, Raghav Raj Kakker and Kashyap Kapoor. The film has been produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. After the theatrical run, the movie will be releasing on Netflix.
