The Family Man 3 actor Rohit Basfore, who was scheduled to feature in Manoj Bajpayee-led series, was found dead on Sunday, April 27th, 2025. His body was found close to a waterfall near the Garbhanga waterfalls in Guwahati, Assam.
Rohit Basfore returned to Guwahati from Mumbai a few months prior, according to a report by Odisha Bytes. He had left home at 12.30 on Sunday to go out with friends, according to his family, but they couldn't get in touch with him later that day.
Rohit Basfore's friend reported the accident to his family a few hours later. The actor was declared dead while being taken to a hospital.
Rohit Basfore's family, however, claims the actor's death to be a murder. During a recent parking disagreement, Rohit was allegedly threatened with death by three people, Ranjit Basfore, Ashok Basfore and Dharam Basfore.
Rohit Basfore's family has also accused a gym owner named Amardeep, who invited the actor for the outing.
Police confirmed several injuries on the actor's body. "An autopsy was performed at Guwahati Medical College Hospital on Monday. Multiple injuries were discovered on the body, including wounds on his head, face, and other parts. We are investigating the case, but the four accused are on the run," Police said, as quoted by Odisha Bytes.

To our luck, he is in Season 3 of The Family Man."
