The excitement for Prabhas' highly anticipated movie The Raja Saab has reached new heights. As the Pongal and Makar Sankranti festivities take over, the makers of the upcoming movie have shared a new glimpse of the actor on social media. His vintage look has already created a buzz on the internet.

Prabhas took to his Instagram handle and shared a new poster of the movie. The image shows the Kalki actor in a vintage festive avatar, wearing a kurta and a pair of shades. Along with the post, he wished everyone a joyful festive season. His post read, "Wishing you all joy and happiness this festive season... See you soon with #TheRajaSaab."

Prabhas' post sparked a wave of excitement on social media. One excited fan wrote, "Rebel sirrr," while another fan called him 'Rebel Star.' Some of them were in awe of Prabhas' new look. Helmed by Maruthi and backed by People Media Factory, the film also stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, and Malavika Mohanan in pivotal roles. The Raja Saab will feature music by composer SS Thaman in collaboration with Ram Laxman Masters. The movie is slated for release in five languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi in April this year. The supporting cast includes Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Jisshu Sengupta, and Brahmanandam. The film promises to bring a blend of thrills and laughter, with Prabhas appearing in a new avatar.

Meanwhile, Prabhas is garnering praise for his recent release, Kalki 2898 AD. Directed by Nag Ashwin, the movie earned Rs 1000 crores at the global box office. Besides Prabhas, the sci-fi extravaganza also stars Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in lead roles. The movie was released on the big screen on June 27, 2024, and its Hindi version is available on the OTT giant Netflix.
