Kim Seon Ho is soon going to grace our screens with a new Kdrama. Disney Plus Korea has unveiled a new main poster and trailer for their highly anticipated Kdrama, The Tyrant. This four-part chase action series delves into the chaos and competition that ensue after a superhuman gene sample, known as the Tyrant Program, goes missing.

In The Tyrant, Cha Seung-won stars as Im Sang, a former agent determined to eliminate anyone connected to the Tyrant Program. Kim Seon-ho plays Director Choi, a character linked to a government agency and believed to be the mastermind behind the program. The story revolves around various characters with different motives, all vying to find and secure the lost sample.

The latest poster for The Tyrant features four intense characters standing against a shattered mirror backdrop. Alongside Im Sang and Director Choi are Paul, portrayed by Kim Kang-woo and Ja Kyung, played by Jo Yoon Soo. The tagline, "Eliminate, pursue, seize," hints at the dramatic confrontations and fights among those searching for the Tyrant Program sample.

In the newly released trailer, viewers are informed that the last sample of the Tyrant Program, a superhuman gene drug meant for destruction, has gone missing. The characters, each driven by their own agendas, embark on a mission to locate the sample. Director Choi, intent on protecting it, declares, "The Tyrant Program is ours. Forget it."

Im Sang's action-packed scenes showcase his mission to remove obstacles, adding to the trailer's intensity. In contrast, Paul’s sinister smile heightens the tension, while Ja Kyung is seen in a thrilling car chase.

The Tyrant promises to be a gripping series with its high-stakes plot and dynamic characters. According to IMDb, the four-episode drama is set to premiere on Disney+ next month, tentatively on August 14.
