Thudarum Box Office Shutterdown: Thudarum, Mohanlal's suspenseful drama-thriller, is still a big hit at the box office. After an incredible 30-day run, the Malayalam movie brought in Rs 118.65 crore at the box office.
Thudarum made an incredible Rs 51.4 crore in its first week, but its earnings dropped to Rs 35.35 crore in the second week. The Mohanlal led movie ended the third week with Rs 20.8 crore, mostly due to the audience's continued attention and good word-of-mouth. It brought in a meagre Rs 9.8 crore in the fourth week.
Thudarm's daily earnings dropped, but the crime thriller turned out to be resilient. The movie barely made Rs 6 lakh on its 29th day, but on its 30th day (the sixth Saturday), it witnessed a slight hike with Rs 7 lakh, as per sacnilk.

Thudarum is firmly established as one of the most successful Malayalam movies of 2025 thus far thanks to its 30-day box office performance. The crime thriller is on pace to become one of the highest-grossing Malayalam films ever, with a total gross of Rs 137.75 crore and counting.
About Thudarum Movie
The Malayalam suspense drama begins with a typical family drama and a pertinent comedy, but it quickly becomes darker and more exciting as it takes unexpected turns. As the plot develops, what begins as a lighthearted, informal movie becomes more serious.
Mohanlal played the main character of Shanmugham, also called Benz. A cab driver adored his Ambassador vehicle. Shobhana also plays Lalitha, Shanmugham's wife, in Thudarum. The character of Lalitha's son, played by Thomas Mathew, is that of Pavi. Prakash Verma and Binu Pappu essay the role of police officers SI Benny and CI George Mathan, respectively.

Thudarum Movie OTT Release
Thudarum makers have not made any official announcements, but Sreedhar Pillai pointed out that the movie's OTT release on JioHotstar has been postponed until the first week of June. The producer of the Malayalam movie apparently requested the change in order to prolong its theatrical run because of its strong box office results.
