The growth of OTT platforms has undoubtedly created new narrative opportunities and given established and up-and-coming producers a stage on which to display their skills. Many intriguing movies and web series are getting ready to launch on OTT platforms. Popular shows like Mirzapur, Asur, and Aarya, among others, are preparing for their future seasons, as are other well-known and prosperous online series. For a long time, these shows have been the subject of talks on social media.

Aarya 3

Sushmita Sen-starrer 'Aarya Season 3' is all set for its OTT release. It was in July 2022 when makers confirmed the show's third season. When the second season of Ram Madhvani's television series 'Aarya' was broadcast earlier this year, it garnered a lot of acclaim. According to Madhvani, actor Sushmita Sen, who portrays the series' eponymous character, is one of the main reasons the programme has become so well-liked.

Asur 3

Asur 3 is expected to be released in 2024. The first season premiered on 2 March 2020 and the second season on 1 June 2023.

Asur 2 is a hit on OTT with 5 Million or 50 Lakh views. Barun Sobti also shared his thoughts on the show's success, “I don't think anything could have prepared us for this kind of fandom and critical acclaim for Asur 2.”

Delhi Crime Season 3

Netflix recently announced Season 3 of shows like Delhi Crime. Shefali Shah, Rasika Dugal, Adil Hussain and Rajesh Tailang will be returning for season 3. Season 1 of the web series was a huge hit. Widespread appreciation and critical acclaim for this series led to wins at prestigious occasions including the 2020 Primetime Emmy awards and the 2019 Sundance Film Festival. 

Mirzapur Season 3
