Turbo performed well on its first day at the box office, earning an estimated Rs 6.25 crore India net. However, the film saw a significant drop on its second day, earning around Rs 3.75 crore India net, bringing the total to Rs 10.00 crore. On Friday, May 24, 2024, Turbo had an overall Malayalam occupancy rate of 34.91%, which varied throughout the day: 22.23% for morning shows, 32.13% for afternoon shows, 38.88% for evening shows, and 46.40% for night shows.

This action-comedy film follows Aruvipurathu Jose, also known as Turbo Jose, a Jeep driver from Idukki who faces unexpected troubles and is compelled to relocate to Chennai. The film also stars Bindu Panicker as Rosakutty, Jose's teacher, Janardhanan as Aruvipurath Mathachan, Jose's father, and Siddique as Aruvipurath Joseph, Jose's elder brother.
