Sai Pallavi is one of the highest-paid actresses in the South India Film Industry. Enjoying a massive fandom across the nation, she is known for her simplicity and natural beauty. Recently, the actress made headlines with a picture of her with filmmaker Rajkumar Periyasamy going viral on social media. In the viral picture, the two can be seen wearing garlands around their necks, with fans claiming that the two secretly got married. However, the picture tells a different story.

The viral picture was taken during the Puja ceremony of Rajkumar and Sivakarthikeyan’s film, titled, ‘SK 21.’ Several pages of X (formerly known as Twitter) claimed that the two secretly got married, and the picture is from their wedding ceremony. However, the picture was strategically cropped from the group picture of the entire crew of ‘SK 21’ making people believe that they were indeed married.

Filmmaker Rajkumar shared a series of pictures on social media from the puja ceremony, wishing Sai Pallavi on her birthday, on May 9. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, "Happy birthday dear @Sai_Pallavi92 You are the best and May God bless you with everything that’s best as always! I feel blessed to have you too by my side in this! Thank you for being there! (sic)."

Talking about her professional front, Sai Pallavi is particularly careful in choosing her projects. She believes to be more than just an eye-candy in her films. The actress recently wrapped up the Kashmir schedule of ‘SK 21’ which is helmed by Rajkumar Periyasamy. The film features Sivakarthikeyan in the lead role.

The actress recently signed her upcoming project with Naga Chaitanya, and is helmed by Chandoo Mondeti. The Telugu venture is produced by Allu Arvind. This will mark her second collaboration with the actor, earlier the two were seen together in ‘Love Story.’
