One of the most eagerly awaited releases is Sankranthiki Vasthunam, starring Venkatesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary, which promises to deliver a thrilling ride. Sankranthiki Vasthunam

Sankranthiki Vasthunam, a 2025 Indian Telugu-language action comedy film, marks a notable collaboration between renowned director Anil Ravipudi and esteemed production house Sri Venkateswara Creations. This highly anticipated film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, featuring the talented Venkatesh in the lead role, alongside the captivating Meenakshi Chaudhary and Aishwarya Rajesh.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam will stream on Zee5 from March 1.

Thandel

Thandel, initially slated for a Sankranthi release in January 2025, was postponed and eventually hit theaters on February 7, 2025. The film received mixed reviews from critics, who applauded the lead cast's performance, visuals, and soundtrack, but criticized the narration. Despite this, Thandel has achieved significant commercial success, grossing over ₹100 crores worldwide. Notably, it has secured its place as the fourth highest-grossing Telugu film of 2025 and the seventh highest-grossing Indian film of the year.

Thandel will start streaming on Netflix from March 14.

Laila

Laila, a Telugu-language adult comedy film, is the latest offering from director Ram Narayan, produced by Sahu Garapati under the banner of Shine Screens. The film boasts an intriguing cast, with Vishwak Sen taking on a dual role and Akanksha Sharma starring as the female lead. Despite its promising premise, Laila unfortunately opened to overwhelmingly negative reviews upon its release on February 14, 2025. The film's poor reception has been a disappointment to fans and critics alike, who had been anticipating a more impressive outing from the talented cast and crew.

If the reports are to be believed, Laila is expected to start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from March 7.
