Newly turned parents Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal took their newborn daughter home from Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai today. The actor didn’t wait to pose for the paparazzi as he was carrying his child and moved towards his car. Natasha followed her husband’s footsteps and sat in the car without giving any pose. The couple gave birth to their first child on 3rd June.

Varun posted a video on Instagram in which it was written, “Baby Dhawan, Proud parents Natasha and Varun, Elated Family – ‘Dalals and Dhawans’”. It also read, “We are overjoyed with this new blessing in our lives. During this special time, we request the media to give us our privacy. Thank you for your support and understanding.” He captioned the post, “Our baby girl is here. Thank u for all the good wishes for the mama and the baby.”

Several celebrities including Alia Bhatt, Shraddha Kapoor, Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mahira Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Kiara Advani, Janhvi Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh wished the couple on Instagram.

Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal got married in an intimate ceremony in Alibaug in January 2021. In February this year, the couple announced their pregnancy. Varun was seen kissing the baby bump of Natasha. He captioned the image, “We are pregnant ✨ Need all your blessings and love ❤️ #myfamilymystrength.”

Varun Dhawan's upcoming projects

On the work front, Varun Dhawan will be next seen in Kalees’s Baby John. It stars Keerthy Suresh, Wamiqa Gabbi, Jackie Shroff, Rajpal Yadav, and Sheeba Chaddha. He is also working in Stree 2 which also features Shraddha Kapoor, Tamanna Bhatia, Rajkummar Rao, Aparshakti Khurana, Pankaj Tripathi and Flora Saini in prominent roles. 

Apart from these movies, he has several projects in kitty including Amar Kaushik’s Bhediya 2 and Shashank Khaitan’s Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari. Bhediya 2 will star Kriti Sanon, Arjun Panchal and Harshal Gire. Whereas, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari will feature Janhvi Kapoor, Sanya Malhotra, Akshay Oberoi and Rohit Saraf in pivotal roles.
