As reported by Variety, Vin Diesel made an exciting revelation during his interaction with the media at the Charlize Theron Africa Outreach Project (CTAOP) block party. He confirmed that the Fast and Furious franchise has plans for additional spin-offs, and what's even more thrilling is that one of these spin-offs will feature a prominent female lead. "I started developing the female-led spin-off in the Fast and Furious franchise in 2017, along with the other spin-offs. And the sooner I deliver the Fast and Furious finale, the sooner I can launch all the spin-offs," the actor said. Talking about the franchise finale, Vin remarked, Fast X is the first part of a two-part ending. But it is bittersweet to think of a finale for the franchise."

During the premiere of Fast X in Rome, Vin Diesel discussed the decision to have multiple parts for the franchise finale film in an interview. The actor emphasised the abundance of compelling characters and talented people involved in the movie, stating that it would have been impossible to do justice to all of them in just a brief appearance.

"Look how many characters and great talent there is in the movie. There was no way I can pull that off unless I had everyone on for five seconds. These characters are appealing and we need to see more of them," he said.

Gal Gadot made a surprising cameo in Fast X, reprising her role as Gisele from the Fast and Furious franchise, much to the delight of audiences. Following Vin Diesel's confirmation of a potential female-led spin-off, fans of the franchise are eagerly anticipating the possibility of Gadot taking on the lead role. However, no details regarding the cast of the project have been disclosed by the filmmakers yet.
