'Wear success like T-shirt, not like Tuxedo': Shah Rukh Khan

New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan in a recent interview talked about his accomplishments, recent career misfires and his legacy. When he was asked how he would like his legacy to be carried on for future generations, he said, “immense hard work with a lot of humour and without trying to feel that you work hard," as quoted by BBC.

“Wear your success like a T-shirt not like a tuxedo,” he added.

On his recent misfires at the box office, he said that he did it badly and so the audience fired him from his job. But, the 54-year-old added that they (viewers) will give him another opportunity to prove himself at the box office. He went on to say that its people to decide whether it is a movie is good or bad and not him.

The actor had last featured in 'Zero'-- opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif-- and Jab Harry Met Sejal that failed to do well at the box office. The superstar actor has been criticised for his recent choices of film.

When the actor was praised about his all-time hit DDLJ, he said that it was in the 90s during the time of growing liberlisation that led to its success in the domestic and overseas box office. Though, he didn't reveal is next, the actor is reportedly set to feature in Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK's movie, popularly known as Raj and DK-- the duo have produced some of the finest movies like Stree, Family Man, Go Goa Gone, among others.

The film will be produced by SRK's home production 'Red Chillies Entertainment' and will be shot in exotic locations across India and overseas. The film is likely to release in 2021.

"The film is infused with Raj and DK's brand of quirky humour. It is a space he hasn't explored yet," a source told IANS.
