Yodha vs Shaitaan vs Bastar Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn's film has maintained its successful run at the Indian box office. After completing 13 days in theaters, the movie has surpassed the 110 crore mark. As it approaches the conclusion of its second week on screen, 'Shaitaan' exhibits no signs of slowing down, accumulating an impressive Rs 32.05 crore. On the other hand, Yodha had a decent performance during its initial five days at the box office, accumulating over Rs 21 crore in net earnings in India. Well, the film, which released alongside Adah Sharma's Bastar has managed to garner audience, comparatively.
Shaitaan Box Office Collection
Having garnered strong traction at the box office and receiving an enthusiastic response from audiences, the film directed by Vikas Bahl, 'Shaitaan', has reached a significant milestone by crossing the Rs 110 crore mark in India within just 13 days of its release. This movie, a remake of the 2023 Gujarati horror film 'Vash', has achieved notable success.
Early estimates suggest that Ajay Devgn, R Madhavan and Jyothika's film has garnered around Rs 2.75 crore across India. Consequently, the film's overall collection is estimated to be Rs 111.80 crore nett, with a gross collection reaching Rs 128.6 crore.
Yodha Box Office Collection
Released on March 15, the movie starring Sidharth Malhotra encountered a lukewarm start accompanied by mixed reviews. Industry tracker Sacnilk reported that the film, directed by Pushkar Ojha and Sagar Ambre and produced by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, earned Rs 4.25 crore on its opening day. Despite receiving initial positive feedback from viewers, the film faced challenges in making a substantial impact at the box office right from the beginning. Yodha has garnered approximately 2.00 crore in net earnings in India on its sixth day, according to early estimates. On March 20, 2024, Sidharth Malhotra starrer recorded a Hindi occupancy rate of 10.01 per cent overall.
Bastar Box Office Collection
The film debuted on March 15 with earnings of Rs 40 lakhs, experienced an increase in collections on Saturday and Sunday, reaching Rs 75 lakhs and Rs 85 lakhs respectively, resulting in a weekend total of Rs 2.05 crore. However, on Monday, the film faced a significant downturn, collecting less than its opening day. The following day Bastar: The Naxal Story managed only Rs 24 lakhs, bringing the overall total to Rs 2.24 crore. On day 6, Bastar earned around 17 lakhs India net. This performance is disappointing for the filmmakers who had hoped for a success similar to 'The Kerala Story'. On Wednesday, March 20, 2024, Bastar: The Naxal Story recorded an overall Hindi occupancy rate of 7.65 per cent.
