A fire broke out on the first floor of Bandhu Super Mart in New Palam Vihar at approximately 7:10 am on Saturday.
Upon receiving a call at the Bhim Nagar Fire Station, a total of five fire engines from Bhim Nagar, Sector-37, and Udyog Vihar were dispatched to the scene. Fire fighters managed to bring the blaze under control after a strenuous effort, successfully saving the ground floor.
According to preliminary information, no casualties have been reported in the incident. However, a significant amount of goods inside the supermart was destroyed by the fire.
Police and fire teams worked together at the scene to control the situation.

The cause of the fire has not yet been determined. According to the fire department, the reason for the blaze will become clear only after an investigation.
