Continuing their strict crackdown on criminals, the Gurugram police demolished a property belonging to a notorious offender on Thursday. A police team from Farrukhnagar razed a hotel that had been illegally constructed on government land by a criminal named Rajat.

Criminal Profile

A police spokesperson provided a detailed profile of the accused:

Background: Rajat is a resident of Kheda Khurrampur village.

Criminal History: He has been involved in criminal activities since childhood after falling into the company of delinquents.

Offenses: He is a habitual offender involved in serious crimes, including fighting, intimidating people, and possessing illegal weapons. He has been jailed multiple times in the past.

Illegal Occupation And Activities

Police investigations revealed that Rajat had illegally occupied land belonging to the Public Works Department (PWD) to construct the hotel. Furthermore, authorities discovered that he was operating an extortion racket from this location.

The Demolition Operation

The demolition was executed on Thursday by a team from the Farrukhnagar police station. The operation was led by Inspector Santosh Kumar, with assistance from PWD Junior Engineer Mujahidin.
