In a major step toward strengthening scientific investigation, Gurugram Police has set up a state-of-the-art, soundproof voice sample room at the Police Lines. Police Commissioner Vikas Arora inaugurated the facility on Wednesday, stating that the move will eliminate delays in the voice sampling process.

Until now, cases requiring voice samples had to be sent to Madhuban, where long waiting lists often caused reports to take months, slowing down investigations. With the new facility operational in Gurugram, voice samples can now be collected immediately, significantly reducing turnaround time for reports and expediting case processing.
