The Town and Country Planning Department has approved a fresh set of affordable housing projects aimed at providing budget-friendly homes to residents in Gurugram, Sohna, Rewari and Farukhnagar. Licences for multiple projects have been issued, and the draw process for allotment is set to begin soon, officials said.
As per the latest list released by the department, licences have been granted to Dishita Infra Private Limited in Sector-99A, UV Landbase Private Limited in Sector-3, Farukhnagar, two projects by Rewari-based Jai Ganga Castle Private Limited, Risianic Realty Buildcon Private Limited in Sector-25 Sohna, and Pegasus Land and Housing in Sector-93 Gurugram (third draw).

While the draw for these schemes is currently pending, officials confirmed that the process will commence in the coming days. Detailed draw dates and application guidelines will be issued separately on the department’s portal.
The approval and launch of these schemes are expected to pave the way for thousands of new affordable housing units across the region, offering significant relief to middle-class families seeking reasonably priced homes.
