Ahmedabad schools bomb threats: Several schools in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, have reported receiving threatening emails on Monday, reminiscent of the recent hoax bomb threats in Delhi. Bomb threat emails were sent to prominent schools in Ahmedabad, including Asia School in Gurukul, Anand Niketan in Thaltej, DPS Bopal, HBK School in Memnagar, Zebar School in Thaltej, Cosmos Castle International School on SG Road, and two Kendriya Vidyalayas in Chandkheda and Shahibaug Cantonment.

The timing of the threat, just a day before Gujarat's polling for all 26 seats, including those in Ahmedabad, adds a layer of concern. The sender, identifying as Tauheed Warrior, issued threats of "Istishhadi" attacks across the city, aiming to establish Sharia law in Gujarat and threatening violence against dissenters.

In Delhi-NCR, around 130 schools faced evacuation after receiving alarming emails on Wednesday. Investigations revealed the emails were traced back to a server in Russia, suspected to be linked to the dark web.

“Kill them wherever you meet and drive them out of the places from which they drove you. There are many explosive devices in the school…,” read the threat email received by the schools in Delhi.

The schools that received the bomb threat email included –DPS Noida, Sanskriti School of Chanakyapuri police station area, Mother Mary School in Mayur Vihar, DPS School of Dwarka district, DAV School, Amity School, Pushp Vihar and Saket and others.
