US Strikes Venezuela: Reacting to the US’s ‘large-scale’ military strike on Venezuela to capture its President Nicolas Maduro and his wife, the AIMIM Chief and Lok Sabha MP Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded a similar capture of the 26/11 mastermind Masoos Azhar.
“If US President Donald Trump can abduct Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro from his own country, then you (Prime Minister Modi) can also go to Pakistan and bring back the mastermind of the 26/11 terrorist attacks to India,” Owaisi said as he addressed a public gathering in Mumbai.

His remarks came hours after the Donald Trump-led United States carried out a military assault against the Latin American country, Venezuela, capturing its President and first lady. The duo has been brought to New York and is likely to face criminal charges in a narco-terrorism conspiracy case there.
“We are telling you, Modiji, you can also go into Pakistan and bring back those cruel people who hatched the conspiracies against Mumbai, be it Masood Azhar or LeT's ruthless devils,” Owaisi said.
Owaisi has demanded that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should also carry on a similar military operation against Pakistan and capture people who have committed crimes against India.
Mumbai Terror Attack On 26/11
- The deadly 26/11 attack was one of the worst terror attacks India has suffered, which occurred in Mumbai in 2008, when 10 terrorists from Pakistan's LeT terror outfit stormed into the city and brought it to a standstill with a series of 12 coordinated attacks from November 26 to 29.
- As many as 170 people were killed, and over 300 people were injured in the attack.
