A rape case has been registered against actor Ajaz Khan on Sundsay after a 30-year-old woman accused him of repeatedly raping her under the pretext of helping hoe secure roles in the film industry. According to a Charkop, Kandivali (West), police the woman alleged that the assaults took place at multiple locations.

According to the complaint, Ajaz Khan approached the actress with an offer to host the ‘House Arrest’ reality show. During the shoot, Khan allegedly proposed to her, promising marriage after converting his religion. The woman claims that despite her refusal, he went on to sexually assault her.
An FIR has been filed under multiple sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) pertaining to rape, including sections 64, 64(2M), 69 and 74. Police have confirmed that a thorough investigation is currently in progress.

A few days back, Ajaz Khan was named in a case along with several others for allegedly featuring obscene content in the web series House Arrest, which streams on the Ullu app. Video clips from the show, which have gone viral on social media, reportedly show Khan pressuring contestants, including women, to perform intimate scenes and asking them vulgar questions.
The scenes sparked public outrage, prompting the National Commission for Women (NCW) to issue summons to both Ajaz Khan and Vibhu Agrawal, directing them to appear before the commission on May 9.
“Based on a complaint lodged by Gautam Ravriya, an activist of Bajrang Dal, the police registered a case against actor Ajaz Khan, producer Rajkumar Pandey of the ‘House Arrest’ web show and other persons from Ullu app," said an official of Amboli police station.
Meanwhile, according to the official, a Bajrang Dal activist mentioned in the complaint that he had received multiple complaints regarding the vulgar content of the show, with several individuals reaching out to him directly through personal messages to express their concerns.
