A massive crowd gathered in Bengaluru on Sunday as actor Jr NTR arrived to attend the inauguration of KIMS Hospitals, with the event briefly turning chaotic due to an overwhelming fan turnout.

Hundreds of fans assembled both inside and outside the hospital premises to catch a glimpse of the actor, creating a frenzy at the venue. The excitement soon escalated as the crowd surged toward the entrance shortly after his arrival.

Videos circulating on social media showed fans cheering, waving, and shouting slogans while attempting to move closer to the actor despite security arrangements at the site. As the crowd swelled, security personnel and local police struggled to manage the situation.

According to reports, the rush inside the hospital complex led several fans to crowd onto an escalator, which was eventually damaged due to excessive pressure and uncontrolled movement. Authorities temporarily halted access to that section of the building following the incident.

Police personnel deployed at the venue later intervened to restore order. Reports said officers resorted to a mild lathi charge to disperse the crowd and bring the situation under control. A security corridor was then created to allow the actor to enter the hospital premises safely.

Despite the chaos, Jr NTR remained calm and acknowledged the fans gathered outside. Dressed in a stylish outfit, the actor waved and greeted supporters as he entered the building for the inauguration ceremony, further energising the crowd that had waited for hours to see him.

Several videos of the moment have since surfaced online, showing large crowds rushing through the building lobby while security personnel attempted to control the flow. In one clip, a fan is seen throwing a flower toward the actor, which he returned as a gesture of appreciation.

Following the incident, authorities began reviewing the security arrangements at the event after the unexpected fan turnout briefly disrupted the hospital’s inauguration.

Meanwhile, Jr NTR was last seen in the action thriller War 2, released in August 2025, where he starred alongside Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. The film marked his debut in Bollywood and drew attention for its high-octane action sequences.

The actor is currently working on several Telugu projects, including the upcoming action drama Dragon, directed by Prashanth Neel, which is in production and expected to release in summer 2026. He is also expected to begin work on Devara 2, the sequel to his earlier film, which is slated for release next year.
