Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Commuters in North Bengaluru should anticipate delays as the Bengaluru Traffic Police have announced partial traffic restrictions on the Hennur-Bagalur Main Road for the next three months to facilitate white-topping work on the stretch between the Vaddarapalya Rajakaluve railway crossing and Faran College.

According to the traffic advisory, heavy vehicles will be restricted from using Hennur-Bagalur Main Road, and commuters are encouraged to utilise alternative routes to avoid the congestion.

Bengaluru Traffic Advisory: Hennur-Bagalur Main Road Closed For Heavy Vehicles

In view of the white topping work, the Bengaluru Traffic Police announced that the stretch of Hennur-Bagalur Main Road from Faran College to Vaddarapalya Junction Rajakaluve will remain temporarily restricted for heavy vehicles.

While the stretch remains open for light motor vehicles, drivers should anticipate potential delays and use alternative routes wherever possible.

From Bagalur-Hennur Road Towards KR Puram:

Heavy vehicles going towards KR Puram from Bagalur-Hennur Road should turn left near Kannur village, proceed via Gunduru-Avalahalli, and continue along Old Madras Road to reach their destination, Times Now reported.

From International Airport Road Towards Bengaluru City:

Heavy vehicles from Kempegowda International Airport should turn right near Kannur village, then take a left at Bellahalli Junction and proceed via Thanisandra Main Road through Nagawara Junction toward Hebbal and Bengaluru city.

From Bagalur Towards Bengaluru City:

Heavy vehicles from Bagalur are advised to take a right turn near Kannur village, proceed through Bellahalli Junction, and continue via Kogilu Cross to head toward the city.

Towards Bagalur And Kempegowda International Airport Via Hennur-Bagalur Road:

Heavy vehicles should take the alternative route from Hennur Junction via Outer Ring Road, then take a right at Nagawara Junction and proceed along Thanisandra Main Road through Bellahalli Junction to reach their destination.

Alternative Route To Kempegowda International Airport

Vehicles heading towards Kempegowda International Airport should turn left at Hennur Junction near K Narayanapura Cross. From there, vehicles can take a left near Kristu Jayanti College to reach Thanisandra Main Road via Rachenahalli Road, then proceed through Hegde Nagar, Bharatiya City, and Bellahalli Cross.
