Bengaluru Weather: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has stated that Bengaluru is likely to witness a drop in temperature in the next few days. The weather department stated that the residents will experience lower-than-normal temperatures in the first week of December. It also stated that the city will also witness mist in the early hours of the day, leading to lower visibility. The minimum temperature of Bengaluru is likely to drop by two to four degrees Celsius in the next few days. While the weather department has not issued any advisory regarding rain, it has advised the residents to limit their outings in the morning hours to avoid inconveniences.
The weather department has stated that while the maximum temperature of Bengaluru is likely to be calculated at 25 degrees Celsius, the minimum temperature is expected to remain around 17 degrees Celsius. The residents of Bengaluru are likely to witness chilly mornings at least till December 8, with humidity levels expected to reach up to 94 per cent. The IMD stated that the temperature during the daytime is expected to remain around 26 degrees Celsius, adding that the temperature during the night and morning hours is likely to be calculated at 17 degrees Celsius.
The weather department also stated that some of the coastal regions are expected to witness light to moderate rain in the upcoming days. The continuous rain is likely to lead to waterlogging in some of the cities, leading to inconveniences. The fishermen of the coastal regions are advised to maintain a distance from the water bodies and limit their financial activities.
Apart from Karnataka, several other states, including Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, are also likely to witness light to heavy rainfall for the next few days.
