A Bengaluru woman on Saturday stated that she was left shocked with the efficiency and speed of Namma metro. In her post on X, she stated that she 'discovered' metro and was surprised by the time taken to cover the long distances. The post went viral and received mixed reactions from the netizens; while many social media users agreed with the woman, others were left surprised that the woman had no information regarding the operation of metro trains in the city.

"Today I discovered Bangalore Metro. I cannot believe this. I’m going to reach Malleshwaram in 15 minutes from JP Nagar. Too cool," the woman wrote while sharing her experience on X. The post went viral on the social media platform with more than 15 thousand views and almost 300 likes within few hours. The post from woman received mixed reactions from the netizens.

While many of the social media users trolled her for framing a story, others were curious to know her location in the city. "I know this is a lie, you must definitely have used metro fosho. I am trying to understand the intent and motivation behind this tweet," one of the users wrote. While replying to the social media user, the author of the post wrote, "Have not used metro before this in Bangalore or Chennai".

"I have been traveling in Metro for a long time in Bangalore. And trust me, once you experience this convenience, there's no going back!!!" another user wrote. However, some of the users also pointed out that though the metro is time saving, it is crowded most of the times.

"Metro is more time saving but must say Bangalore metro is always crowded, best time to travel early morning or post 9pm," stated one of the users. Earlier on Thursday, the BMRCL stated that the authorities are planning to expand the metro operations.
