The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday launched a fresh attack at Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convenor and former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over the latter's bungalow in the national capital. Shehzad Poonawalla, the national spokesperson of the saffron regiment said that Kejriwal had a royal bath worth Rs 4 crore when Delhi citizens did not even have access to clean drinking water.

Speaking to ANI, Poonawalla said "On one hand, Delhi citizens are not even getting clean drinking water, on the other hand, Arvind Kejriwal's royal bath cost up to Rs 4 crore.... This is the same person who said that he would stay in a two-bedroom set house and does not want to opt for any VIP services.. Now it makes sense why he didn't want to leave 'Sheesh Mahal,' why media was not allowed inside the residence, and why Atishi Marlena was adopting various tactics to secure the keys of 'Sheesh Mahal'.... Corruption also played a role in such provocative expenditures...."

Delhi BJP president Virendraa Sachdeva also shared the pictures of Kejriwal's bungalow from his X handle and wrote, "We have been telling you the truth about the glass palace of debauchery of the person who calls himself a common man @ArvindKejriwal, today we will show it to you too! He has built a 7-Star Resort for himself by embezzling public money!"

"Meanwhile, the common man of Delhi, DDA's 34 EWS Flat, or 15 LIG Flat, or, 150 CNG Auto, or 326 E-Rickshaw can buy it! red of corruption Wow Kejriwal!! Nothing else to say!!" the post added.

AAP Reacts To BJP's Allegations

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) also reacted to the allegations calling it "baseless propaganda". "Instead of answering critical questions about mismanagement of funds for schools, mid-day meals, and hospitals in states like Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, they focus on Kejriwal's former official residence. People ask about education and health reforms, and they talk about a bungalow," said AAP leader Manish Sisodia.
