In light of recent bomb threats targeting Indian flights, central intelligence agencies have traced the origins of these threats to IP addresses in London and Germany. This alarming revelation comes after reports indicating that more than 20 domestic and international flights have received similar threats over the past week, raising concerns about aviation security and the safety of passengers.

In response to the growing tensions, intelligence agencies reached out to the social media platform X for assistance in obtaining the IP addresses associated with the threatening posts. They also requested the suspension of the accounts involved.

Initial reports suggest that three different handles were identified as responsible for the threats, with two IP addresses traced back to locations in London and Germany. These users appeared to be using virtual private networks (VPNs) to conceal their actual locations.

According to a report by The Indian Express, Usha Rangnani, Deputy Commissioner of Police at IGI Airport, reported that there have been seven bomb threat incidents this month, all of which have been confirmed as hoaxes. Legal action is being taken against those responsible to ensure safety and security at the airport.
