The Rouse Avenue Court extended former Delhi deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia's CBI remand till March 6.

Manish Sisodia's lawyer Dayan Krishnan told the court that non-cooperation of Sisodia cannot be a ground for custody and cannot be asked to incriminate himself.

CBI says Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sidodia still not cooperating. The central probe agency seeks further three-day remand of Sisodia as hearing begins in Rouse Avenue Court, Delhi.

Appearing for Manish Sisodia, Senior Advocate Dayan Krishnan opposes the CBI application seeking an extension of remand, says it is not justified.

Arrested former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia brought to Rouse Avenue Court at the end of his five-day CBI custody

The Delhi Deputy CM was arrested on Sunday evening by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) after nearly eight hours of being quizzed in the liquor policy case.

Television actor Sheezan Khan accused and arrested in television actress Tunisha Sharma's suicide case was granted bail on Rs 1 lakh surety bond by Vasai court. Th ecourt has asked Sheezan to submit his passport.
