Chennai Power Cut January 10: The Tamil Nadu Electricity Generating and Distribution Corporation (TANGEDCO) has announced a 5-hour power shutdown in several areas of Chennai on Saturday, January 10. The supply disruption has been announced due to periodic maintenance work to ensure a smooth power supply to residents.

Several businesses and domestic work are expected to be affected due to the power outage.

Chennai Power Cut Timing On January 10

The power supply will be stopped for 5 hours from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday, January 10, as the maintenance work is scheduled during the same time. The power supply corporation has assured that the supply will be resumed after maintenance work is completed before the scheduled time.

Chennai Power Cut Tomorrow: Check List Of Affected Areas

The following areas will face inconvenience due to the scheduled power cut in Chennai on Saturday-

Thirumudivakkam: Murugan Kovil Road, Temple Town, Melandai Street, Palavarayan Kulakkarai Street, Jaganathapuram, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Ranganathan Nagar, Nalleshwarar Nagar, Pandaram Street, Pooja Avenue, Babu Nagar and surrounding areas.

Several localities in Chennai are scheduled to power outage for 5 hours. The power supply in Chennai is disrupted from 9 am to 5 pm. The affected areas fall under the following neighbourhoods-

- Valasaravakkam and Surrounding Areas

- Lakshmi Nagar and nearby areas
