Chhath Puja hat 2024: As the fervour of Chhath Puja 2024 spreads across Delhi, devotees are gearing up for the four-day festival that starts today with the 'Nahai Khay' ritual and culminates on November 11 with the final 'arghya' to the Sun God. For the many Purvanchalis residing in Delhi-NCR, selecting the right location for the ritual bathing and offerings is an essential part of the celebration. Here’s a look at five of the best ghats in Delhi to mark Chhath Puja with devotion and community spirit.

Yamuna Ghat, ITO

Among Delhi’s oldest and most cherished spots for Chhath Puja, Yamuna Ghat at ITO draws thousands of devotees each year. Beyond these five prominent ghats, the Delhi government is making Chhath Puja more accessible by setting up nearly 1,000 'model ghats' across different constituencies. Additionally, for residents of Noida and Ghaziabad, temporary ghats have been set up along the Hindon River, including the banks in Gamma-2, Kulesra and Lake Park in Gaur City.
