DDA Announces Mega E-Auction For 142 Residential, Commercial Plots In Delhi: Check Schedule, Location, And More

Delhi: In a bid to boost revenue and accelerate pending land allotments in the national capital, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to begin the e-auction for 142 plots across prime locations in the city.

The department has put plots across 12 categories, including residential, industrial, and commercial.

DDA Announces E-Auction For 142 Plots: Check Schedule

The DDA has scheduled the e-auction for these prime land parcels over two days.

- Monday, June 1 (10 AM to 1 PM): This e-auction will include commercial and residential plots, along with group housing plots, commercial estates (constructed shops), food Court in Dwarka, and Cafe Bamboo in Bansera.

- Tuesday, June 2: This will include industrial and institutional plots, along with a fuel estate, and multi-level parking.

As part of the initiative, five new multi-level parking parcels will be auctioned. These multi-level parking parcels situated in Karkardooma, Okhla Industrial Area Phase 1, Dilshad Garden, Dwarka, and Saini Enclave have been designed to accommodate 1,261 cars.

According to a report by Jagran.com, citing senior DDA officials, this initiative is a part of a broader strategy to monetise vacant land across the capital.

Distribution And Categories Of Properties

According to the official list released by the DDA, the plots up for auction are distributed across various prime locations in Delhi, with pre-constructed commercial shops making up the largest share.

The primary allotments are as follows:

- Industrial And Residential Properties: 21 industrial plots and 24 residential plots.

- Commercial Properties: 16 large commercial plots and 57 pre-constructed shops.

- Institutional and Public Use: 10 institutional plots, including religious places, five multi-level car parking sites and one group housing plot.

- Other properties: A food court in Dwarka, a fuel station and a cafe site in Bansera (Bamboo Oasis).

What You Need To Know?

Once the registration process concludes, a property-specific auction schedule will be released on the official DDA portal. Senior officials emphaised that that only plots that are free of legal disputes and ready for immediate development have been included.
