The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will start the registration process for the second phase of its new housing scheme on November 30. The new DDA Housing Scheme consists of  1,100 luxury flats in various categories. 

The flats will be allocated through e-auction and the applicants will have to pay a registration fee to participate in the auction. The applicants will also get 20 days to visit the flats and choose their preferred location and block, as per the DDA regulations.    

The DDA housing scheme includes Penthouses, Super HIG and HIG flats in Dwarka Sector-19B, with golf course views from some of them. The scheme also includes 316 MIG flats in Dwarka Sector-14 and 647 MIG flats in Lok Nayak Puram.

Important things to know before participating in the e-auction for DDA Housing Scheme 2023:  

  • A total of 1100 luxury flats will be available in this phase.

  • Flats will be allotted only through e-auction.

  • Applicants will get  20 days to visit the spot and see the flat.

  • Registration process will begin on November 30, 2023.
