Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway: A section of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway, in Haryana is operational and open to the public. Upon full completion of the expressway work, it will benefit commuters as it will be the easiest route to reach Katra and Vaishno Devi Temple by road, cutting travel time significantly.

Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway Details

-The year 2024 has got another update on the roads and connectivity between states and districts. The total length of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway is 669 km. The route will be connecting Delhi to Vaishno Devi in Jammu and Kashmir. It will pass through Amritsar.

-The length of the route opened to the public is 135 Km. The toll collection process has already begun on the opened stretch of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway. It will cover Kundli, Manesar and Palwal till the Punjab border. However, a 261 km route is under construction in Punjab.

Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway: Toll Charges On Kundli-Manesar-Palwal- Kaithal Route

-For the light vehicles, Rs 240 will be collected if they go on a one-way ride but if it is a two-way ride then the amount will be Rs 360.

-For light commercial vehicles, one-way charge is Rs 385 and for two-way it is Rs 580.

-For Two-axle buses and trucks, the one-way charge is Rs 805 and the two-way charge is Rs 1,210.

-For the three-axle vehicles, the one-way charge is Rs 880 and the two-way charge is Rs 1,310.
