Delhi Election 2025 Exit Polls
The high-stakes battle for the Delhi Assembly Election 2025 concluded on Wednesday, with exit polls projecting a significant shift in the political landscape of the national capital. Most pollsters have given the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) an edge over the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), signalling a potential end to the BJP’s 27-year drought in Delhi. Meanwhile, the Congress is expected to remain on the margins, failing to make any gains. The final results will be declared on February 8 by the EC.
Delhi Election 2025: What To Expect?
The 2025 elections saw a triangular contest between the AAP, BJP, and Congress. The AAP was aiming for a fourth consecutive term, while the BJP sought to make a comeback after its last victory in 1998. The Congress, once a dominant force in Delhi, continues to grapple with its declining influence. If the Exit Polls hold true, the BJP’s potential victory would mark a significant turning point in Delhi’s electoral history.
