In a brutal incident, a girl from Sikkim was tortured by her boyfriend for almost five hours in South Delhi's Neb Sarai area. The boy thrashed her with an iron rod and then poured boiling lentils on her.
The 32-year-old girl was first raped by her boyfriend in the Neb Sarai area. She was then beaten for almost five hours with an iron rod. When even this did not satisfy him, the accused poured boiling lentils on the woman and fled, leaving her to suffer.
The girl from the North-East met Paras who lives in Delhi on Facebook. Their friendship gradually grew stronger, and the girl began to trust Paras. She asked Paras to help her with a job.

Paras advised the girl to come to Delhi for a job. The girl came to Delhi for a job on January 10, this year, because she trusted Paras. After moving to Delhi, she began living with Paras in Khanpur.
The girl and the accused developed multiple sexual relationships as a result of living together. They both began discussing marriage with one another as well. There was even a discussion between the two on January 30 regarding marriage.
On that day, the girl began to pressurize Paras to get married. Enraged by this, Paras first began beating her with an iron rod. The girl then got burns on her hands and face when he picked up the dal that was on the gas and threw it at her.
The girl was brought to Safdarjung Hospital by the police. Neb Sarai police station filed a case under several sections based on the girl's statement and began looking for the accused Paras. who was later taken into custody in the Satbari region. The girl's body bears twenty marks from injuries.
