The decision has been taken keeping in mind passenger safety, crowd management, and cleanliness during the festival. Holi celebrations often see people gathering in large numbers in residential areas, parks, and on streets, which may lead to unusual crowds and disruptions during the morning hours. To avoid inconvenience and ensure smooth operations, services have been rescheduled for the day.
