New Delhi Marathon 2026: To facilitate the participants of the New Delhi Marathon 2026 reach their destinations on time, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) on Friday announced that train services will begin early at 3:30 AM on select lines on Sunday, February 22.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), the corporation detailed special arrangements aimed to ensure the smooth movement of runners and commuters. "To facilitate participants of the New Delhi Marathon 2026 on Sunday, 22nd February 2026, Delhi Metro train services will begin early from the terminal stations at 03:30 AM and continue to operate till 06:00 AM at 30-minute intervals, followed by the regular Sunday timetable on the following lines," the DMRC wrote on X.

Delhi Metro Train Services To Begin At 3:30 AM

According to the advisory, train services will begin early at 3:30 AM on select lines on Sunday, February 22 and will continue to operate every 30 minutes until 6 AM. After 6 AM, train services will operate as per the regular Sunday timetable across the network.

DMRC To Begin Services Early On THESE Lines

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will begin early morning services on the following lines:

1. Yellow Line: Samaypur Badli-Millennium City Centre Gurugram

2. Blue Line: Dwarka Sec-21-Noida Electronic City/Vaishali

3. Violet Line: Kashmere Gate-Raja Nahar Singh

Advisory For Commuters

- The corporation has clarified that metro services on all other lines will follow the regular Sunday timetable.

- Passengers have been advised to plan their journeys in advance and utilise the early morning services wherever possible.
