Delhi Police's Crime Branch team reportedly visited CM Arvind Kejriwal's house on Friday evening, reports news agency ANI citing sources. According to the report, the police had arrived to serve notice concerning the allegations made by the Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) against the BJP for allegedly attempting to poach AAP MLAs. The Delhi Police has requested proof for the same.

The AAP convenor, Kejriwal, reportedly claimed that attempts were being made to poach his MLAs. He was making reference to the saffron party. He had claimed that plans were underway to split his 21 MLAs. Additionally, seven of his MLAs have been contacted.

Atishi, a minister in Delhi government, had earlier claimed in a press conference that the BJP is giving each Aam Aadmi Party MLAs Rs 25 crore to join the saffron camp. She had stated that the party will release the audio clip at the appropriate moment, but there has been an attempt to break away his seven MLAs.

Days after the Chandigarh mayoral election, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal attacked the BJP on Friday, claiming that if it can "rig" the mayoral polls, it could go to any extent in the assembly and Lok Sabha elections. The AAP leader said this while addressing the workers at the party's office in the National Capital.

The Delhi CM said that the world's biggest party was caught on camera "stealing" votes in the Chandigarh mayoral polls. The elections for the posts of mayor, senior deputy mayor, and deputy mayor were held on Tuesday, and the BJP won all of them, defeating the Congress-AAP alliance.
