The Delhi Jal Board has informed that the water supply will be disrupted in several areas of South Delhi for 12 hours starting from 10 AM on Wednesday. The supply will be halted for some maintenance work in the area. To avoid inconvenience, residents have been advised to store water in advance.
Water supply will be affected for two days in 13 areas, including Safdarjung Enclave, Hauz Khas, and Masjid Moth. The Delhi Jal Board shared this information on its website on Monday. According to the board, a 500 mm diameter flow meter will be installed on the outlet line of the Deer Park BPS, which supplies water to DDA Flats Munirka.
Due to this, there will be no water supply from the 600 mm outlet line of Deer Park BPS for 12 hours from 10 AM to 10 PM on September 18.

Areas like Green Park, Safdarjung Enclave, SDA, Hauz Khas, Munirka, Kishangarh, Masjid Moth, Mehrauli, IIT, INU, AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital, and areas around Deer Park UGR will face a water supply disruption in the evening of September 18 and the morning of September 19.
