Western disturbance and cold waves will continue to batter the national capital region for the next four days, with people expected to bear cold weather conditions. During this period, the maximum temperature in Delhi will be 25 to 28 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature will be around nine to 11 degrees Celsius. The surge in the temperature of the national capital is expected to begin from March 10.

The weather in Delhi is quite cold during the morning and the evening, however, there is relief during the daytime due to the bright sunlight.

On Tuesday, the maximum temperature was 23.4 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 9 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature is lowest in the last nine years in March.

The weather department predicted clouds will shroud the sky on Wednesday. However, sunlight will prevail throughout the day. The maximum temperature will be around 26 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature will be around 10 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature on March 10 is expected to be 29 degrees Celsius while on March 11 it is expected to be 30 degrees Celsius.

The air quality in the maximum parts of Delhi was recorded as moderate. The overall AQI was recorded as 127.  The air quality is expected to remain in the moderate category for the next three days in Delhi.
