The weather across different regions of the country is showing varying patterns these days. Some areas are experiencing rain, dense fog and snowfall, while others are witnessing warm weather. In states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, the daytime temperature is rising due to strong sunlight, leading to a decrease in the chill.
However, according to the weather department, the weather could soon change as a new Western Disturbance is entering the hilly and plains regions, which will bring rain to several states.

Rainfall Expected In THESE Areas
Currently, the northeastern states are experiencing rainfall and this trend is likely to continue this week. Besides, hilly regions like Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh may see rain and snowfall this week.
Clouds To Shroud Delhi
According to the weather department, light clouds may cover Delhi on February 18, with a possibility of light fog in the morning. On February 19 and 20, Delhi is likely to experience light rain, which will bring a drop in temperature. Moreover, surface winds of 20-25 km per hour are expected during these days.
Weather Changes Expected In Rajasthan
Weather changes are expected in Rajasthan from February 18. Light rain may occur in the Bikaner and Jodhpur divisions. Rain is expected in several parts of the state on February 18 and 19, including Jaipur, Bharatpur and Jodhpur divisions.
Weather In Bihar
Currently, the weather in Bihar is dry. Buxar recorded the highest temperature at 28.9°C, while Banka was the coldest at 8.8°C. In the last 24 hours, the temperature has increased by 2-3°C in most parts of the state. According to the weather department, the temperature is expected to rise further in the next 48 hours, followed by a possible drop in temperature in several areas.
