The weather pattern of intermittent rainfall in the national capital, Delhi, is expected to continue till August 22, as the Indian Meteorological Department expects generally cloudy skies for the coming days.
Delhi is continuously witnessing rainfall with isolated spells of showers during the day. After heavy rainfall on Thursday, leading to a severe civic infrastructure crisis, like waterlogging in almost every corner of the city, broken roads and incidents like wall collapse, Delhi experienced light rain on Friday and Saturday.
Delhi Weather Today: City To Observ Drizzle
-Delhi braces for pleasant weather on Sunday with generally cloudy skies with a spell of light rainfall during the morning hours, accompanied by thunderstorms.
-Similar weather conditions are expected towards evening.
-The temperature will be relatively hot with maximum temperatures ranging between 32 to 34 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature is expected to be around 23 to 25 degrees Celsius.
Delhi Weather Forecast: Spells Of Rainfall To Continue Till August 22
- According to the weather department, Delhi is expected to witness a similar weather pattern from August 18 to August 22.
- Residents will experience generally cloudy skies with spells of rain and isolated thunderstorms till Friday, August 22.
- The maximum and minimum temperatures are to range between 35 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius.
NCR Weather Today: Gurugram, Faridabad On Alert
Along with Delhi, the districts in the National Capital Region are expected to observe similar weather conditions of light rain and thunderstorms on Sunday; however, Gurugram and Faridabad have been put on a yellow alert by the IMD for the possibility of heavy rainfall along with thunderstorms and lightning.
NCR Weather Update: Shower To Continue
Generally cloudy skies with a possibility of light to very light rainfall and thunderstorms is what the weather department has predicted for the NCR district for the coming few days, until August 22.
