Delhi-NCR Weather: According to the India Meteorological Department, the sky will be clear in Delhi on Sunday, December 15. However, there may be smog and fog in the morning and evening. The minimum temperature in the national capital fell by one degree Celsius compared to the previous day. The maximum temperature is likely to be around 23 degrees Celsius and the minimum temperature is likely to be 7 degrees Celsius. There is no possibility of much change in the weather next week as well. The temperature may drop by one to two degrees Celsius. There may also be light or moderate fog on Monday and moderate fog on Tuesday, jagran.com reported.

Delhi Weather: What was the temperature recorded yesterday
According to the Meteorological Department, the maximum temperature of Delhi on Saturday was recorded at 23.4 degrees Celsius which is normal and 0.6 degrees Celsius higher than the previous day. The maximum temperature increased slightly due to the western disturbance.
Delhi Weather: This area was the coldest
The minimum temperature was recorded at 8 degrees Celsius which is 1 degree Celsius below normal. But the minimum temperature in Delhi's Narela was 4.7 degrees Celsius.
Apart from this, no other part of Delhi recorded such low minimum temperature. The minimum temperature was recorded at 6.4 degrees Celsius in Palam, 6.7 degrees Celsius in Najafgarh and 6.8 degrees Celsius in Mayur Vihar.
Delhi Weather: How will the air quality be today
According to the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), smog may increase slightly due to low wind speed on Sunday. Due to this, the air quality may reach the poor category on Sunday and the pollution level may increase to the very poor category on Monday.

Due to moderate winds blowing in the capital, the level of air pollution improved on Saturday. Due to this, the air quality in Delhi remained in the moderate category on Saturday after two days. The air in other major cities of NCR was cleaner than Delhi.
What was the AQI level yesterday?
According to CPCB, Delhi's air index was 204 on Saturday morning. Later the air index improved. Due to this, Delhi's air index came down below 200. Due to this, Delhi's average air index on Saturday was 193. But at 7 pm, out of 31 pollution monitoring centers in Delhi, the air index was in the poor category at 12 places. The air index was the highest in Bawana at 266, Jahangirpuri at 255, Rohini at 253, Mundka at 239 and Wazirpur at 236.
