Exit Poll Results 2024 Live Updates: Assembly elections in Maharashtra and Jharkhand concluded today and the exit poll results will be broadcast after 6:30 PM. Ahead of the exit poll results, Congress on Wednesday said that it won't participate in the exit poll telecast today. The grand old party has not mentioned any reason for skipping the exit poll debate.
Meanwhile, a day ahead of the election in Maharashtra, a cash-for-vote row erupted in Maharashtra with opposition parties alleging that BJP leader Vinod Tawde was involved in 'distributing money.' Tawde has denied these accusations.
Voting began at 7 am on Wednesday for the single phase of 288 seats of the Maharashtra assembly elections and the second phase of the Jharkhand Assembly elections, covering the remaining 38 seats.
