Faridabad Terror Module: The crime branch on Tuesday reportedly arrested two more suspects and seized around 50-60 kilograms of explosives in Sector 56 of Haryana's Faridabad. While providing details, the officials stated that the suspects were arrested after the agency conducted raids in multiple locations of Faridabad. The action was taken a day after a blast that took place at Delhi's Red Fort that killed nine and injured several others. Earlier on Monday, the agencies busted a terror module linked to Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) and seized 2,900 kg of explosives and a huge cache of arms.

The officials stated that the crime branch arrested the accused and seized explosives from Faridabad during the search operation, reported the news agency IANS. The agencies have also arrested two J&K doctors, Adil Ahmad Rather and Muzammil, who were allegedly linked to the terror outfits, reported the news agency. Apart from this, a case has been registered under UAPA Sections 16 and 18, along with provisions of the Explosives Act and several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
